Supposedly, the world’s smallest draw bridge. At a mere 18 inches, this could very well be true. Worth a brief stop in in the area.Full review by TAMAN1951

Fun short stop if you bring some bread to feed the ducks and fish that congregate by the parking area below the tiny bridge.Full review by travelR321

World's smallest draw bridge, you can walk along the railway trail from Somerset Bridge to Somerset Police station and proceed to Dockyard, all by foot. Beautiful and safe atmosphere. Full review by AprilS933
We stayed in I believe it was garden house in May 1981 while racing Tornado catamarans in the North American championships. Our host had chained herself to the bridge to keep it from being widened. Is it still the same width or did it fall victim to political pressures. Is the lady we stayed with still alive? We are thouroughly enjoying the Americas Cut events from Florida. We had to sit out a couple days of racing because of lack of wind. Thanks in Advance, Chet T.

Sorry, I know nothing about this incident, but I understood that the bridge is still about the way it always was. A very unique site.
