Come enjoy Lake Michigan at the Sunset Cottage located on beautiful Montgomery Blvd. This street allows for beautiful walks along the shores of Lake MI. Swim/walk or relax at our private beach or walk a half mile to the Bass Lake outlet, another popular swimming and fishing spot. The beach includes beach chairs and umbrellas for lounging. The cottage is cozy. It has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full bed), and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. There are no closets, but plenty of shelves and hooks for clothing storage. The bathroom is split into sections (see diagram). It’s a great location, very private and relaxing, while only 3 miles North of the quaint town of Pentwater and 10 miles South of Ludington. The cottage is located behind another cottage in front, but as can be seen from the pictures, has a great view of the lake, parking close to the cottage, and just across the road from the lake. I will begin accepting 2021 reservations on or after Jan 1 2021.
