All bookings qualify for our Covid-19 Booking Protection Scheme which means we will allow you to reschedule your booking free of charge for available dates in the future if any of the following regulations occur: lockdown in Tenerife, lockdown in your home country, travel ban imposed by the authorities in your home country, travel ban imposed by the Spanish authorities or a red list imposed on Tenerife. If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. If you proceed and book this accommodation and it is looking like you may not be able to travel due to Covid-19 we would be happy to defer the final payment to a later date until the situation becomes more clearer.
