After pouring $260 million to help Trump get re-elected, the billionaire X owner is now training his eyes on Europe.

European leaders have raised concerns about Elon Musk interfering with Germany's elections as he plans to host a chat with far-right leader Alice Weidel on X.

Tesla tycoon Elon Musk’s endorsement of Alternative for Germany (AfD) could legitimise the far-Right party among business people and ordinary voters, easing its eventual path to power, a member of the movement has said.

Musk’s endorsement came in the form of an editorial in Die Welt am Sonntag, a conservative newspaper, where he praised the AfD’s anti-immigration and low-tax policies, claiming they could stop Germany from “becoming a shadow of its former self.”

Elon Musk backed Germany’s far-right Alternative for Deutschland party, known as the AfD, in an opinion piece published in a German newspaper on Saturday, wading deeper into international politics as the billionaire has become a fixture in Trump’s orbit.

The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, has accused the owner of social media platform, X, Elon Musk of interfering in European politics, including the German election. The French president disclosed this in a speech to French ambassadors on Monday.

Elon Musk supports far-right factions and criticizes UK and German leaders while seeking favor from France and Italy.
