Justin Fields returned to practice drills on Saturday, just 48 hours after he limped off the field with a dislocated toe. Fields eased back in by joining 7-on-7 drills Saturday, but coach Aaron Glenn says he’ll take a cautious approach with the Jets’ starting quarterback when it comes participating in full 11-on-11 drills.
When New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields went down at practice, there was a whole host of reactions. Alas, the following day, Fields was at practice, and head coach Aaron Glenn offered an update on Justin and a warning to the media in the process.
ESPN host and New York Jets superfan Mike Greenberg was on air as he learned that Jets starting quarterback Justin Fields was injured and carted off the field during training camp on Thursday. Needless to say, learning of the injury was not fun for Greenberg, who has been open about his love of the Jets dating back to his days on Mike & Mike.
