Ex-Superintendent Marie Feagins sues, says MSCS board violated open meetings law in firing
According to the lawsuit, Feagins is suing for violations of the Tennessee Open Meetings Act. Feagins does not address the contract violations that the board found in the termination resolution in the complaint, but instead said the board violated public meetings laws through texts and private meetings.
