Michigan senior fullback / tight end Max Bredeson, a finalist for the Low Man Trophy awarded to the nation’s top fullback, announced on Instagram that he’s returning to the Wolverines for the 2025 season.

Michigan football won't lose as much as it had going from the 2023 season where it won the national championship to 2024 as it will from 2024 to 2025, but still, it needs some continuity moving forward.

Michigan tight end/fullback Max Bredeson, voted a captain for the 2024 season, announced his intentions for next season with the Wolverines.

On Wednesday, tight end and team captain Max Bredeson officially announced his return for the 2025 season with a video posted Instagram, captioned: "Team 146 let's do it".

The Michigan offense got a huge boost today when H-back/tight end Max Bredeson announced he’d return to U-M for one last season. Bredeson, a captain, has been a significant part of U-M’s toughness and success in the running game the past few seasons and will fulfill that key role again in 2025.
