A day after the Maryland men pulled off the thriller of the NCAA tournament, Maryland's women have offered their own entry into tournament lore.
Queen finished the game with a team-high 27 points, the 2nd-most by a Maryland freshman ever in an NCAA Tournament game, on 8-of-17 shooting, five rebounds and two steals. His total point count for his freshman season ends at 594, which is the new Maryland record.
