Fans were once again fixated on a sideline moment involving New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn, only this time the optics were much worse.
The NFL trade deadline is scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, this year and between now and then, teams will need to decide if they want to buy, sell or stand pat. The Broncos have holes at two very key positions and should consider making a move at one or both of those, not just for the rest of this season, but for the near future as well.

A big reason for this has been the elite play of Broncos' left tackle Garett Bolles, who's made a strong early case for the NFL's maiden Protector of the Year award. However, as great as Bolles has been, Broncos' right tackle Mike McGlinchey may not be getting the recognition he deserves for the unit's exceedingly low sack numbers.
