BREVARD COUNTY,Fla. – SpaceX announced it plans to launch another rocket from the Space Coast early Monday morning. The Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites, including 13 with Direct to Cell capabilities, to low-Earth orbit will liftoff from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
