Former Montana State QB Tommy Mellott Selected by Las Vegas Raiders in Sixth Round of NFL Draft
The Las Vegas Raiders picked former Montana State quarterback Tommy Mellott in the sixth round of the NFL draft Saturday afternoon. Mellott was overall pick No. 213 and the fourth-to-last selection of the sixth round.
Raiders select QB Tommy Mellott with the No. 213 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft
Mellott is the second FCS prospect the Raiders have drafted this year. He won the Walter Payton Award in 2024, given to the top offensive player in all of FCS football. The FCS All-American also worked out as a receiver as a Pro Day, potentially switching positions at the next level.
