The LSU Tigers congratulating former All-American defensive back Tyrann Mathieu on his remarkable career and official retirement from football.

Tyrann Mathieu isn't completely closing the door on a return to the NFL, but for now, the former Super Bowl champion and three-time first-team All-Pro remains confident in his decision after announcing his retirement Tuesday.

Mathieu went on to joke that his five-year-old daughter was upset at him for retiring because she was going to miss getting "dressed up" for his game days. Mathieu and his girlfriend share three kids: 12-year-old and 11-year-old sons, Noah and Tyrann Jr., and a five-year-old daughter, Mila.
