European officials have condemned Russia’s deadly missile attack k on Ukraine’s Sumy that killed and wounded scores.

Two children were among the scores of people killed in the Palm Sunday strikes on the city’s center, while 117 people were wounded, according to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service.

At least 34 people have been killed, as the US envoy to Ukraine says the strikes cross "any lines of decency".
