The Arizona Cardinals have shifted gears and plan to move their practice facility to Phoenix land once targeted by the Arizona Coyotes franchise.

The Arizona Cardinals’ training facility plan has shifted gears and will now include mixed-use development at a bigger site in north Phoenix.

According to team officials, the new facility will be located in north Phoenix, west of Scottsdale Road and north of the Loop 101. Part of the 217-acre property will become the Cardinals' new training facility and business operations center. The site will occupy 30 acres and more than 250,000 square feet.
