John Romero, the co-creator of the original Doom when he worked at id Software, has released a new nine-level episode of the game, Sigil 2, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Doom's release today.

Id Software co-founder John Romero will release an all-new Doom episode, Sigil II, on December 10. He will also joi fellow id co-founder John Carmack to discuss Doom on that same day in a Twitch chat.
