Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts has a toe injury and is out of the lineup for Friday's World Series rematch against the New York Yankees. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters ahead of Friday's game that Betts stubbed his toe while at home on Wednesday and was in too much discomfort to play.
