NATO jets scrambled after Russia launched its largest missile and drone strikes on Ukraine, hitting multiple cities and raising fresh fears of escalation.
Russian media claims included an alleged strike on the Yavoriv military training area in Lviv Oblast. In Lutsk, the onslaught caused substantial damage to dwellings.
