What does success look like this weekend for Notre Dame hockey? The Irish have fallen winless in their last five contests and now face an uphill climb against the top-ranked Michigan State Spartans at home this weekend.

Freshman Porter Martone scored a pair of goals as the No. 1-ranked Michigan State hockey team won its eighth straight game, 4-1, over Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., on Friday, Nov. 14.

The woes roll on for Notre Dame hockey, losing 3-1 on home ice to No. 1 Michigan State as the Fighting Irish get swept and remain winless in Big Ten conference play.

Friday's game is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET and will be available to stream on Peacock. Michigan State enters the series with a 7-1-0 record, while Notre Dame is 3-6-1. Michigan State hockey will look to stay hot in a road conference series at Notre Dame this weekend.
