A 23-year-old man who died as a result of a three-vehicle crash on Cape Cod Wednesday afternoon has been identified.

Portland police found a woman dead Saturday in a parked car in Northwest Portland and said she appeared to have been shot. Homicide detectives responded to the scene, police said. Officers had been called to do a welfare check on the woman shortly after 5 p.m. The car was parked along Northwest Kearney Street between 22nd and 23rd avenues.

CAIRO (Reuters) -Three Qatari diplomats were killed in a car crash near Egypt's Red Sea resort city of Sharm el-Sheikh, two security sources told Reuters on Sunday. Two diplomats were also wounded, the security sources said.
