Gregor Townsend backs Scotland to learn from ‘painful experiences’ of last year - The Scots ended up finishing fourth in the 2024 Six Nations after a controversial home defeat at home to France.

Gregor Townsend has urged his Scotland players to “attack” the upcoming Six Nations and give “everything they have got” after learning from the pain of last year’s campaign.
