In a press release sent to 5 News Saturday, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in Friday’s road rage incident that sent one individual to the hospital. Prior Coverage: Police have arrested Dwayne McElroy following a traffic stop at approximately 10:56 P.

Harrison County Deputies have charged Dewayne McElroy, 54, of Doddridge County with malicious wounding in the incident. According to investigators McElroy and another motorist were involved in an accident on U.S. Route 50 east of Clarksburg around 10:45 p.m. Friday. The pair pulled over at a gas station in the Wilsonburg community.

In addition to the probability of personal information being involved, the incident also caused a temporary network outage throughout the district.
