Chris Pratt has signed to voice Garfield in Alcon Entertainment ’s animated theatrical sequel to last year’s The Garfield Movie, based on the iconic comic strip Garfield with Sony Pictures distributing.

Chris Pratt is set to return to his role as the Monday-hating, lasagna-loving cat Garfield in an animated sequel to last year’s The Garfield Movie. The 2024 animated movie, which was released by Sony Pictures globally (save for China), grossed over $230 million at the global box office.

Few details have been revealed about the follow-up to the 2024 animated adventure, which saw the lasagna-loving feline reconnect with his father.
