A total of 116 baby tortoises that were smuggled by a Ukrainian national, Orga Kryshtopa in 2023, have been returned to Tanzania as evidence against their smuggler.More than two years after Kryshtopa was stopped at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport during an INTERPOL operation with the reptiles concealed in her luggage.
