Terry Moran announced Wednesday he would be reporting on Substack after ABC News parted ways with him over his deleted social media rant.

In his post from Sunday, Moran called Miller, the White House deputy chief for policy, a “world-class hater,” and wrote that he is “one of the people who conceptualizes the impulses of the Trumpist movement and translates them into policy.” He said that Miller does not operate with “brains,” but instead “bile.”
