An investigation is underway in San Ramon after police said an explosive device was used to gain entry to an ATM early Sunday morning.

Michael Gann was arrested on June 5 with another IED on his person, said the Southern District of New York Attorney's Office.

An explosive device was used to break into an ATM at a Target store in San Ramon early Saturday morning, police said.
