Residents of the Pacific Palisades neighborhood near Los Angeles, California, are now taking stock of widespread devastation as a wind-driven wildfire continues to burn through the community.

According to the Montana Department of Transportation, 191 people died on Montana's highways last year with reports showing that impaired driving behaviors contributed to 108 of those deaths.
