A man who went viral for throwing a Subway sandwich at a federal officer is now facing a felony charge. Federal prosecutors have charged Sean Charles Dunn with assaulting, resisting or impeding officers after he allegedly lobbed a sandwich at a Customs and Border Protection officer on Sunday evening in northwest Washington, D.C.

Dunn allegedly is the man who on Sunday wore a pink polo while shouting the federal officers were “fascists” before using his deli sandwich to strike one of them.
