In the last few days, Tulsi Gabbard has announced to file a lawsuit against former president Barack Obama and many of his officials. Gabbard has claimed that it was the Obama administration that started the conspiracy of Donald Trump being involved with Russia after his 2016 win.
Russian interference in 2016 included hacking the Democratic National Committee and the campaign of Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee who lost to Donald Trump, and spreading propaganda. That interference was designed to sow discord and election distrust.
