Seven players did not play in the Denver Broncos ' 13-11 win over the New York Jets in London.
Even though the Denver Broncos leave London with an ugly performance over the New York Jets, a win is a win at the end of the day. The Broncos showed dominance in one phase, while the other two phases struggled.
A source confirmed that the two are indeed expecting their first child, as Broncos backup quarterback Jarrett Stidham’s wife, Kennedy, took to the comments in excitement. “MY BESTIES HAVIN A BABYYYYY!!!!!” Kennedy Stidham wrote. “We love yall so much.”
Broncos left guard Ben Powers flew back to Denver to be evaluated for a biceps injury. The severity of that injury is not yet known, but it doesn't seem like a great early sign that Powers did not take the initial flight to London.
The Broncos sacked Jets quarterback Justin Fields nine times on Sunday, giving Denver an NFL-leading total of 30 sacks this season.
