ATLANTA — Officials at the Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta have announced that the Jimmy Carter Library and Museum will be open with free admission today beginning at 9:30 a.m. for the National Day of Mourning. Mourners are welcome to visit, remember President Carter, and pay their respects.
