Going into the final week of the 2024 NFL season, the Denver Broncos have three possible paths to clinch a spot in the NFL playoffs. The first and simplest path would be to beat the Kansas City Chiefs.

Bender: "The Chiefs are planning to rest starters in Week 18, meaning Carson Wentz will get the start. That theoretically creates a path for the Broncos to clinch a playoff spot with Bo Nix. This is still an AFC West game, however, and Kansas City's defense will allow them to hang around. Denver is 4-0 S/U and 4-0 ATS in its past four home games.

Denver elevated defensive lineman Matt Henningsen from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, the team announced Saturday. The Broncos have elevated Henningsen for each of their last two matchups, but he has been inactive for both games.
