The Sanford Police Department announced on Thursday that two arrests have been made and there is an active arrest warrant for another suspect relating to a December homicide.

The third suspect in the deadly shooting outside a Sanford Best Buy last month was arrested on Saturday, according to a news release.

Nelson would later turn himself in on Saturday at John E. Polk Correctional Facility without incident. Nelson is charged with First Degree Felony Murder and Robbery with a Firearm.
