Trials of Osiris starts every Friday at 10:00 AM Pacific (UTC -7 or 1700 UTC) and ends on the Tuesday weekly reset. You'll find it in the Crucible tab on your Director.

Trials of Osiris does not feature any matchmaking. You must have your fireteam set prior to entering. Assuming you do, head to the Director, choose the Crucible, then Trials of Osiris.
