Harvard University President Alan Garber on Tuesday urged schools to stand “firm” against the Trump administration — a day after the commander-in-chief threatened to yank even more

In the lawsuit filed early Friday in federal court in Boston, the Ivy League school called out the government’s ban as a violation of the Constitution and warned that it would have an “immediate and devastating effect for Harvard and more than 7,000 visa holders.”

Harvard is the first school to sue the administration after a back-and-forth between President Alan Garber and most of Trump's team.
