Apr 28, 2021 · I paid for the order using PayPal, and i got my order confirmation from Dell to the email address i use with PayPal (which isn't the same as the one i use with Dell). The order doesn't appear in my regular Dell Acct, and support is trying to tell me they can't move the order to my original Dell Acct.

For Services order returns – you may return your order within 14 calendar days, starting the day after your order was delivered. You may cancel within 14 calendar days, and if you have requested or accepted performance of the Service, then you will be refunded pro-rata based on the Services performed until your product is received back at Dell.

Your Order Number and Customer Number are sent to you in the Order Confirmation document via email after your order is processed. Please be sure to check your Spam mailbox to see if your email filters have identified the email from Dell as spam.

Feb 27, 2017 · Placed an order 3 days ago and still have not received the confirmation email.. Called customer service and the agent said she cannot do anything with purchase ID only and kept asking for order number which I never received.
