Oct 15, 2024 · Xfinity, Please escalate this as users in Chicago are being charged for something that Xfinity cannot provide. Your response "charge based on the cost to provide sports on multiple networks. There are additional TV packages to help customize the channel availability, but those fees would still apply to any lineups that would offer sports networks."

Are you looking to disconnect your cable services to reduce the cost of your monthly bill or did you want to keep your cable services and use the Xfinity Stream App to watch all your TV services using your own equipment (such as a Roku or a Smart TV that has the app already downloaded.)
