The “Water Dance”: American alligators in our Native Bird Rookery & Swamp started bellowing while we were trying to clean the boardwalk after the Hurricane. The Rookery is home to over a hundred alligators, one American crocodile, and lots of native birds that migrate through, roost for the night, and raise their young during the spring.
