Midnight ramen stall in Tokyo🍜 ⁡ SHUNYACCHAN is known for their preservative free soy sauce based ramen that opens only at night. ⁡ The “char-siu ramen(950yen)” is topped with homemade roast pork, minced onion, spinach and seaweed. ⁡ I loved how the broth isn’t heavy but full of flavor from the chicken and pork broth that’s blended into the soup! ⁡ Every topping was spectacular too, I especially recommend adding soft boiled eggs for extra flavor! ⁡ Highly recommended to all ramen lovers! ⁡ 高尾山に
