Wisconsin Fish Fry Tour stop at Poor Richard’s Saloon This one came straight from the locals. No long menu. No endless options. Just a small fryer and a fish fry they do really well. They keep it simple. Beer battered fish fry or shrimp. That is it. And honestly sometimes that is all you need. The fish was affordable, flaky, and cooked just right. You really cannot go wrong with a classic beer battered fish fry done the right way. They also had me try their clam chowder and it was delicious. A g
