🧠 Pusher syndrome เป็นภาวะที่พบได้บ่อยในผู้ป่วย โรคหลอดเลือดสมอง (Stroke) ผู้ป่วยจะมีพฤติกรรม ใช้แขนหรือขาข้างที่แข็งแรง “ดันตัวเอง” ไปทางด้านอ่อนแรง ทั้งที่จริง ๆ แล้วร่างกายเอียงไปด้านนั้นอยู่แล้ว ทำให้ • ทรงตัวไม่ได้ • เสี่ยงล้มสูง • ไม่เชื่อความรู้สึกการมองเห็นของตนเอง (คิดว่าตัวเองตรง ทั้งที่เอียง) โดยมีวิธีการฝึก Weight shifting training • ฝึกถ่ายน้ำหนักไปด้าน ไม่อ่อนแรง • ทำในท่านั่ง → ยืน (ตามระดับความสามารถ) • ใช้คำสั่งสั้น ชัดเจน เช่น “มองเส้นตรง” / “เอียงไปทางนี้” โปรแกรมกายภาพบำบัดท
