Thanks to a hardworking team of volunteers the children’s play area at Hafan y Môr in Singleton Hospital is looking its best in time for the summer holidays. A team from the city’s Valuation Office spent a day at the playground cleaning equipment and planting flowers. The centre is for children with complex long-term needs, and the all-inclusive playground and sensory garden outside has been hugely popular with them and their families since it opened in 2014.
