CORE session 4! I started my final session at Core on the total gym working on single and double leg presses with added electrical stimulation on my hamstrings. I then went on the AllCore360° where I was able to be tilted to 57° my lowest yet! Next up was hydro where I did some walking on the treadmill before finishing my session with some sit to stands. I’m definitely going to miss having access to a pool every week when I go home but I’m hoping it won’t be too long before I’m able to come back

CORE session 3! I started my session on the AllCore360° where I was able to be tilted to around 65° for my rotations. I find it hardest on the side tilts as I struggle to keep my ribs in the centre. After that I was practicing my posture in standing trying to keep my core in a hollow shape instead of arching back to counter balance.
