Precious homecoming… Sunday morning began with Gizmo, the youngest of our two Big Bear sister fledglings, still on that new tree she flew to late Saturday afternoon. She popped her head out from the cluster of leaves and branches, where she spent her first night roosting away from the nest. Papa Shadow soon delivered a fresh fish to her, which she happily claimed and ate right there on the branch. He let her eat alone and proudly watched over her from an upper branch nearby before heading out. G
